Wildlife of America guarantees that the item/items you ordered are as described and that you will receive them in undamaged condition.
If the item you receive is not the same as what you have ordered or items have been damaged in shipment, please save the item along with the original shipping container and contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order at sales@wildlifeofamerica.com for return instructions. A "Return Authorization number" from us is required to return any items. Items returned to Wildlife of America without a Return Authorization will be refused.
